Terms of Service

Welcome to NexioPOS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our software applications and services. By purchasing or using NexioPOS software, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, NexioPOS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the software on a single Windows Server instance, unless otherwise specified in your purchase plan.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the software.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark) of NexioPOS.

3. Ownership & Legal Entity

The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights, copyrights, and titles remain with Göksel Taner (trading as Serverobjects). NexioPOS is a proprietary brand of Serverobjects. Your purchase only grants you the right to use the software under the terms of this license.

4. Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Limitation of Liability

NexioPOS (Serverobjects) shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
